Jetta’s Gourmet Popcorn is a food truck stocked with concession favorites like nachos, pretzels, novelty ice-creams, chili dogs, and her renowned gourmet popcorn. This investment from Michigan Good Food Fund lending partner Fair Food Network will allow Jetta to make and prep popcorn on the food truck instead of at a commercial kitchen – resulting in fresher popcorn, reduced cost, and increased flexibility.
