2026 Growth & Financial Fluency Food Business Cohort
July 8 - July 29
The Flint & Genesee Small Business Support Hub and the Michigan Good Food Fund are partnering to support growth-stage food businesses by helping entrepreneurs master their money, grow their operations, and gain the tools and resources needed for long-term success.
To participate, interested applicants must submit the pre-application/LOI and a completed application by June 22, 2026. Applications will be reviewed, and selected participants will be notified during the week of June 29, 2026.
All meetings will be held from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the Crim Fitness Foundation in Flint, Michigan.

This session will help food entrepreneurs gain confidence in the financial side of their business.

This session will break down the essential licensing and regulatory requirements for food-based businesses.

This session focuses on building meaningful customer connections and creating a strong brand presence.
Presenter: Erika Tebbins - Growth & Scaling – July 29, 2026
This session will provide entrepreneurs with the tools and strategies needed to grow and scale their business effectively.
