RJ Archambo
Investment Manager
Raymond (RJ) is responsible for coordinating with investors, structuring investment deals, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. RJ works closely with clients and investors to facilitate successful investments that meet Michigan Good Food Fund’s mission and performance targets, defined by the collaborative’s statewide community Stakeholder Board.
Shakir Bralock
Director
Shakir leads the investment process of the Michigan Good Food Fund and oversees its portfolio management. He collaborates closely with the lending network’s Stakeholder Board, which establishes the organization’s vision and priorities, channels community input, and ensures accountability to those it aims to serve. Shakir is also focused on expanding Michigan Good Food Fund’s reach across the state, strengthening local partnerships, and ensuring that food entrepreneurs across Michigan have the capital, resources, and support they need to grow.
Erin Elly
Technical Assistance Manager
Erin works closely with food entrepreneurs to understand their challenges and goals as part of the needs assessment process. She collaborates with internal and external partners to identify the pre- and post-investment resources needed along the entrepreneurial support continuum to ensure they are well-prepared for loan approval and long-term success.
