VERONICA LEHMAN
Veronica  is the founder of Pure Organic, an organic snack business she launched in 2006 inspired by her 6 year old vegetarian daughter. In 2008, Pure Organic achieved national distribution and Veronica partnered with investors, expanded the portfolio of products and continued to grow the business. In 2015, Veronica worked with Random House to publish Pure Food, a seasonal and plant based cookbook. In 2016, Pure Organic was sold to Kellogg under the Kashi family of brands, and for the next 3 years Veronica worked to transition the brand and lead its continued growth within Kellogg.

ALEX PUGLIA
Alex has been the Global Supply Chain Lead at JPG since March 2019, he was part of the development of the new JPG Wheelhouse project that is set up to become the operational arm for any company and/or fulfill any gaps that may appear as companies grow faster than their supply chain needs and structure. Prior to JPG Alex worked in Agropecuaria Barras in Brazil to head the birth and development of a large farming operation dealing with Reforestation and grains production in large scale.  Before Agropecuaria Barras he was working at Grain Millers INC since 2005. He started his career in the organic sugar business in Brazil working as sales manager for Usina Albertina, pioneer in Organic Sugar. He also had to manage export part of the business where he learned how work with the famous bureaucracy of the South American government agencies.

MISSY LAPINE
Missy Chase Lapine is a food product innovator and nutrition consultant with JPG Resources, helping brands of all sizes on food and beverage product innovation and ideation; new business launch and expansion strategies; and insights and guidance on nutrition-driven products and trends. Missy is a New York Times bestselling cookbook author of The Sneaky Chef series. She is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a thriving private practice in NYC.  In addition to her 7 cookbooks, Missy is also the founder of Sneaky Chef Foods, a company committed to making America’s favorite foods healthier and safer.
