Healthy Food Business Seminar in Detroit
In October 2018, 52 entrepreneurs representing 38 healthy food businesses from across the state gathered to hear from industry experts on topics ranging from branding, supply chain, getting products in stores, scaling a business with financing and more.
Seventeen regional partner organizations that support the good food ecosystem were also in attendance to gain industry insights for their work. In addition, seventeen industry professionals spoke and shared knowledge and best practices to help attending entrepreneurs on their growth path. Lastly, two Detroit-based caterers prepared fresh, healthy food for all who attended.
