Ante la desaparici\u00f3n de los canales de venta actuales, muchas empresas alimentarias han tenido que cambiar sus modelos de negocio y encontrar nuevos canales de venta para seguir siendo viables.<\/p>\n<p>En respuesta, el Michigan Good Food Fund, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canr.msu.edu\/productcenter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Centro de productos MSU<\/a><\/span> y <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/entreslam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Entre-SLAM<\/a><\/span>, cre\u00f3 una oportunidad de formaci\u00f3n virtual para que los fabricantes de productos y las empresas de servicios alimentarios de todo Michigan dieran forma a su historia alimentaria y atrajeran a nuevos clientes. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1Como parte de la formaci\u00f3n, las empresas que se unieron a Hey Michigan!
