Para poder hacer este trabajo que alimenta mi alma he tenido que prestar menos atenci\u00f3n a ciertas relaciones. Eres la suma de las 5 personas con las que pasas m\u00e1s tiempo. Si no tienes a esas personas que te van a empujar al siguiente nivel en tu vida siempre est\u00e1n los libros, las TED Talks, YouTube, etc. hasta que las encuentres. El networking es completamente esencial. Si no est\u00e1s haciendo tiempo para eso podr\u00edas terminar en una isla sin los recursos adecuados necesarios para hacer este trabajo.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 consejo dar\u00eda a otros empresarios?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La curiosidad y la agilidad son tus mejores amigos. Rod\u00e9ate de personas que te animen a hacerte preguntas dif\u00edciles y que no se limiten a adularte, sino que te desaf\u00eden a convertirte en la mejor versi\u00f3n de ti mismo.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el mayor reto al que se enfrentan las peque\u00f1as empresas alimentarias?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las econom\u00edas de escala hacen que los mejores precios se ofrezcan a quienes pueden comprar m\u00e1s productos. Como peque\u00f1a empresa, encontramos formas creativas de abordar la asequibilidad.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 le motiva?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La belleza y la complejidad de la naturaleza. Me siento personalmente responsable de utilizar mi talento para honrar este majestuoso mundo en el que vivimos. Saber que la Madre Tierra siempre nos sostendr\u00e1 me da paz, pero formar parte de una especie que est\u00e1 acabando con nosotros mismos y con otras especies me motiva a seguir haciendo este trabajo.
