Brand Accelerator Video Submission Guidelines

Video guidelines for your Michigan Good Food Fund Brand Story Accelerator application

In the video please introduce yourself, briefly explain your good food business and your brand, and tell us anything else you want us to know about the founders of your business.

Your video should be 60-90 seconds long and should be uploaded to YouTube. If you don’t want other people to find it, please mark it as unlisted. If you mark it as private or disallow embedding, or we won’t be able to see it. Once uploaded, copy and paste the URL link for your video in the space provided on your application form.

The video should only contain you talking. Do not include any scripted language, music, whiteboards, posters, etc. or video production gimmicks. Videos will not be judged by their video production, we’re simply interested in seeing you and hearing about your project. Just make sure that you record your video with  good natural light. Before submitting the video, be sure to play it back and check that you can clearly hear what you’re saying.

Any deviation from these guidelines may result in a delay or rejection of your application.

If you’re having difficulties or need assistance, email Charlotte at cyoungbowens@fairfoodnetwork.org.

Don’t forget to copy and paste the URL link for your video in the space provided on your application form.
