With this investment, Corridor Sausage launch a new cooked sausage line, growing its distribution to more states and retail markets
Corridor Sausage Co. was founded in 2009 by Zachary Klein and Will Branch to bring handcrafted and artisan meats to the Detroit market. Today, its all-natural, hormone- and antibiotic-free products are available in 17 states. Michigan Good Food Fund provided financing in 2018 through its partner Northern Initiatives. This support helped Corridor build its inventory and bring to market a new cooked sausage line, which had been in development for two years.
